Learn why #Yoga is better than jogging for burning off calories!


Jogging is always recommended as the best way to shred off extra fat and loose calorie from your body, but do you have any idea that there are even more effective therapies on this account? Yoga has been the ancient most practice, known to mankind for the treatment of different bodily and mental diseases. By the mean of Yoga practice, you can attain the best physics and even the best body fitness. There are few basic things to know about yoga that will make you understand, why it is better than any other therapies.


·     In yoga, you will have to get through some different poses, which supports the intake of the breath and the expiration too. Air is the best mean to justify the alignment of your bodily requirement.  Yoga, through its poses, makes you feel the body pressure effectively and thus burns the excess calorie naturally.

·    The same is done by Pranayama, another branch of yoga. It will not only burn the excess calories and fat, but will help you to take a control over the air you inhale and exhale. Thus your body fitness will be naturally maintained.
